Subject: [I-S] Research Study Participation on Online Italian Learning
italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies
Dear list members,
My name is Simona Scanni and I am a PhD student from the Department of Italian Studies at the University of Birmingham. I am conducting a study about the effectiveness of learning Italian as a FL in an online environment, particularly by analyzing individual factors which contribute to the success of online language learning.
Therefore, I am looking for participants who are studying, have studied, or are about to study Italian in an online context (MOOCs, websites, duolingo, online universities, blended learning etc..). The study consists of an online questionnaire (about 8 minutes – please refer to the survey link below) and a follow-up questionnaire about the perception of your learning and language progress, that I will send to all participants within the next 3 or 4 months. All data and personal information will remain confidential.
If you are interested, or if you know someone among your students who meets the above criteria, please click on/share the link for the survey:
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me SXS1521@student.bham.ac.uk
Thank you for your time.
